Course: Learning and Improving Navigation

Our aim is to take the mystery out of maps. All aspects of map reading will be covered; route planning, contour interpretation, pacing, timing and compass work will all be practised throughout the day.

If you’ve ever found yourself geographically challenged then this day is for you! Spend a day learning and improving the most important skills that you need to have when you are out in the hills.

This can take place in an area of your choice.
